We have a Herbal Workshop on Hawthorn coming up at the Sherwood, Frankton, on the 14th March. This is the 5th workshop in a series of six but you can buy a ticket for just this workshop if that suits you best.

To enjoy: Meeting like-minded herbal enthusiasts and having interesting discussions!

To learn: The herbal folklore surrounding hawthorn – the premier herb for the heart. What history and modern science have to tell us

To make: We plan to make a hawthorn oxymel at this workshop plus a tincture. Take your remedies home to friends and family

These workshops are always really fun and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
